It was an unforgettable experience for both me and my friends. We came here after the Tokyo Marathon to relax a little. We stayed here for only one night, but the impressions we received were much greater than we expected. The staff were simply wonderful, and we felt their care at every step — from check-in to check-out. We took many photos, and they will always remind us of this beautiful place.

The room and the whole hotel was absolutely top-notch. Everything was super clean and modern. The facilities on the room (bathroom, open-air bath, etc.) were all amazing. Lots of "free" drinks to chose from (including alcohol) and one bar of ice cream per person. The room service food was great too. The beds were huge.

The staff were the absolute best they helped us with everything! And went above and beyond. The facilities are amazing it really feels private and romantic. Exceptional food, wonderful location. This is truly a resort hotel great for couples, family and time away from the City. Walk along the shoreline and gaze at the amazing bridge. Great sunset right over the bridge.

5 star hospitality, as the staff couldn't do enough for me. The Onsen both inside and outside(roof top) was health & wellness at the best. The breakfast each morning was new, delicious, and healthy. Takarazuka City is elegant with cultural sights to enjoy. Just strolling about was wonderful. I will be returning to Hotel Wakamizu. Domo arigatogozaimasu!

We stayed at the room with a private hot spring bath. The room is comfortable and complimentary drinks (wine, beer and juice, various types of drinks) and snakes are provided. The meals were served in the room. Also the location is good, a walking distance to the arima onsen triangle station. And the free shuttle is provided to bus or train stations all the time if you don’t want to walk. I will come back.
