Starting with complementary parking garage, there are two levels so finding parking space shouldn't be an issue if you arrive there not very late. The building and facility looked very new and clean and they have a rooftop you can access. There is a CU convenient store on the lobby level which was very nice to have. Plenty of restaurant and shops nearby within walking distance.

Firstly, they gave us a free upgrade to 2 Queen beds, instead of our original booking of 1 Double and 1 Single, which was great for myself being 6ft. The bathroom was modern and the beds were comfy. They also gave us 2 waters each day.

Great location for Southern Jeju and the accommodations are great. You have everything a tourist needs, a few minutes away.

Amazing location. Clean and comfortable, as well as gorgeous. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing. The food was delicious. There is a scenic path to the beach with stunning views. There are restaurants and a cute cafe around the area within walking distance. We loved staying at this hotel. We had an amazing time during our stay.

The location was ideal for me and the activities I had planned. My room was very comfortable and I enjoyed the view I had.

The hotel was a great spot to walk to Seongsan Ilchulbong. The room was spacious and clean. and the staffw as really nice.

Free parking and great location for exploring Jeju (which is really big). Restaurants nearby as well as markets. The hotel had a full on breakfast buffet which was great. I might start eating chilled buckwheat soba for breakfast back home, but they also had western favorites.

7 eleven is just downstairs. The bunk bed for my children is great!

We liked how spacious was the room, the bed were separated but we simply moved them together. It was nice to stay out of town and relax. They have a beautiful swimming pool than in summer time is probably amazing. We also enjoyed their gym for a morning workout.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.When we made the reservation, we requested a relaxing room on a high floor with a nice view of the ocean. We love the water and don't often get to see the ocean. The staff saved a room for us on the top floor with a fantastic view. The room was large and had plenty of storage/closet space. The hotel has a swimming pool and we enjoyed a couple hours relaxing and swimming. There is an additional charge to use the pool, but it is worth it if you like to swim. The hotel is close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and the outdoor market. We had a nice time walking around the market and trying different foods. We recommend you check it out during your stay.

Breakfast & the clean rooms

Mr. Kim at the front desk was extremely helpful with several matters during our stay. He spent a lot of time assisting with a phone call to arrange a ferry, as we do not speak Korean. We are so grateful!

Top notch , clean, big, everything is perfect

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is clean. They provide daily beverage sachets to the room with water and freshly cleaned towels. The hotel location is good, accessible transportation routes around.

good facilities, close to the stadium. The hotel owner is extremely kind and helful, she helped me to sort out lost and found items at the airport.
