I would like to tell you the customer service Victoria was very helpful and very nice attitude, of all your front desk personal she is the best.

I enjoyed a lot the food in this hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was located in the 4th tower which you can tell everything is new, AC, big bathroom with bath tub. Restaurant on the roof with swimming pool and on the main floor there’s another restaurant along with the bar and live music. The taxis are right in front of the hotel as well as the public transportation. Very convenient. Also has an ATM

I had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was amazing and super friendly. Room was very clean with fresh linens and a nice bathroom. Pool was super close to the room for easy dips, and the gas station nearby was handy for snacks. All in all, a solid experience, definitely recommend and I’ll come back!

Everything is great in this place. The rooms, the location, the staff. The only thing I might say it can improve is the pool, it’s very small for the amount of people staying, I couldn’t even use it because it was full of people. Other than that it was quite a great experience

E very thing was better than expected, except the internet. Room, towels, shower, staff were wonderful.

The service was fantastic. The restaurants have quality food and excellent service. Ricardo and Ignacio provided outstanding customer service and care to all the customers. Their team was attentive and always trying to help the guest.

Our stay at Vamar Vallarta All Inclusive Marina & Beach Resort was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The pools were clean and inviting, and the beach area was perfect for unwinding. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall experience was truly memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Loved the location, convenience to the Metro, and many food choices for every budget. The apartment is well stocked, clean, beautifully decorated and safe. There's an elevator and a washing machine.

This is a smaller resort so you were able to meet people. The staff remembers who you are and offer excellent service. It is right on the ocean with plenty of beach seating. Cocktail service wherever you are. I enjoyed the pool exercise classes. This is definitely an excellent place to take your family to or if you are a couple just wanting to enjoy yourselves. The food is absolutely incredible here! Fresh food not institutionalized served frozen. They have two options for specialty restaurants at no additional cost. Our favorite is the Mexican right on the beach.

This hotel was exceptional at every turn and I can't wait to go back. For all of the people working there - from wait staff to musicians to the concierge, to front desk and even cleaning staff-everyone was friendly, competent, and warm. People did their jobs well, and went above and beyond. One morning they ran out of a cereal my son liked, and someone ran to get him more from next door. Waiters and waitresses learned your coffee order after a few days. Staff also had a great command of English, putting non-Spanish speaking guests at ease. The pool area is perfect; yes, a little crowded during spring break weeks, but large enough that groups could spread out. There were mostly families there, but some couples and older groups as well. Some older guests told me that they have been coming to this hotel for years - that says a lot! The grounds are beautiful! It feels like a botanic garden and the peacocks & iguanas are exciting to see. Beds are comfortable, and great value getting a full apartment. Views were stunning! The property is large enough that you can enjoy different activities, but not so big that you feel you are getting lost or in a tourist bubble, as with some all-inclusives. The hotel leans into its Mexican identity, which is wonderful! The programming/evening entertainment (including Mexican night) was fun and enough to give guests (including tweens and teens) fun things to do (karaoke, casino night, dance performances, cultural shows etc) where they might feel like they have some independence, but within the safety of the hotel grounds. The hotel is so close to the airport, the commute was a breeze. Getting an uber from the hotel to town (as a solo mom with 2 kids) was safe, inexpensive, and quick. The food was excellent and varied. Breakfast was delicious, and the beachside cafe was our favorite. Pool games, including volleyball, water aerobics, poolside ping pong and crafting, were fun and well-attended. We'll definitely be back!

I loved to see that the local people with their families come to stay at this hotel. It was very nice to be immersed in the Mexican culture, so family-oriented and the Spanish language. The hotel is lovely and the beach is beautiful.

The breakfast buffet offers lots of options and is always very nice. My husband gets an omlete everyday! I love the chiliquiles!

I liked the location and the sea view. Buffet was good as well, plus the staff was really nice as well.

Amazing hotel and perfect location.

Family friendly and staff was nice especially since we renewed our wedding vows there, we were treated nicely. The water park for the kids was very enjoyable for them.
