The hotel offers a comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the location is very convenient, close to Patan Durbar Square and other local attractions. A great choice for both leisure and business travelers.

GREAT STAY and really polite staff

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! It is so nice to say no thank you to all of the taxi drivers and simply roll your airport cart to the front entrance. We had an early morning international flight, so it is really nice that we didn't have to worry about traffic!

Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. The hotel location is excellent, it is very close to the airport but away from the noisy main road

Good stay across the street from airport, hotel provided transport when needed. Shower had plenty of hot water and bottled water was,provided for drinking. Would stay there again.

Excellent staff and great Service. Food at restaurant was great. Very close to the airport and Pashupatinath temple. Hotel management arranged private transportation to visit places in and around Kathmandu. We enjoyed our stay and I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu. Thank you, Krishna and entire team, including our car driver for making our trip very comfortable and enjoyable.

Our stay at Pahan Chhen was the perfect beginning to our travels in Nepal. The breakfast/coffee and rooftop restaurant served excellent food and drinks. We stayed in the family suite on the 4th floor which has views over Patan Durbar Square and if you open the balcony door in the bedroom you may even see the Himalaya. A great spot away from the hustle of Kathmandu. The real star of this hotel is however the staff. They could not be more courteous and helpful. Thanks to Pushkar, Bhumi, Sibesh, Bipin, Suriman, Binita, Binod, Puja, and to the many others I have not mentioned who work here. We greatly appreciated your hospitality!

1) The hotel room was sparkling clean, modern decoration with a lovely restaurant with reasonable price. 2) Staff were outstanding, both receptionist & restaurant staff. We were served breakfast in room without any hustle while the receptionist was very quickly to support our stay. 3) Convenient location: close to the airport.

Quiet location in the center of the city. The hotel staffs were very humble, soft spoken and welcoming.

Service was warm and attentive for most of the night, though there was a noticeable gap between courses mid-meal where we sat with empty plates for a little longer than felt right at this price point
