The pool was my favorite thing about hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I loved the location. Short walk to the beach with many eateries along the way.

Swimming pool is amazing. Rooms clean and big. Breakfast very good. Staff is frendly. Location is very good. Meet my expectation . Manager Sun is great. He do good job.

What can we say about Karon Sea Sands, Phuket other than it is the BEST!!!! We chose Karon Sea Sands to celebrate a very special birthday and they could not have made the whole stay more special. We cannot praise or thank Peanuts enough for not only organizing a lovely room for us but for her beautiful smile and conversation. She and Jane at reception were a delight and couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast crew were equally as wonderful and we must make a special mention of Cherry and Yee who greeted us with a smile every morning. We have to say the breakfast spread rivelled any of the 5star hotels and Yee makes a mean omelette. He and Cherry surprised my husband with a ‘pancake cake’ complete with candle and a happy birthday song on his special day!! And of course the simply gorgeous On. What a beautiful, beautiful soul, like the others always with a smile and a hug, tirelessly tending to the rooms and checking if there was anything we needed. She overwhelmed us when we came home from the beach on my husband’s birthday to find a happy birthday message made from leaves and decorated with flowers and two elephants made from towels on the bed!! Unbelievable! We were deeply touched. It looked like art – so talented. Basically, what more could you want from a holiday. A lovely, relaxed hotel with huge, clean rooms, balcony and fridge with the most amazing people you could ever wish to meet and an amazing breakfast every day while being just across the road from the beautiful, clean, clear waters of Karon beach. pros: dry air in the room (air conditioning works well) half board menu was great, also it was available after 12 p.m. (we found our favourites) very polite staff!

Amazing breakfast and close to the beach.

Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and have 3 large pools and a children's pool. There is also a kids' club, gym, and spa. Breakfast has a large selection and the service, especially the two ladies who work outside, is great. There is a free shuttle service to Kata Beach 4 or 5 times a day. The location of the resort is amazing, very close to Karon Beach, only about 3 minutes downhill, restaurants, town, markets... You can take their towels to the beach. The superior room was spacious and ithere was a big fridge with freezer. Water, coffee and tea were provided in the room free of charge.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were well equipped and clean. The breakfast was amazing, there was food no matter what time we went. The resort is across the street from the most stunning beach, the ocean is as calm as a pool

I chose Holiday Inn Karon Phuket mainly for the location, and it didn’t disappoint. Right in the heart of Karon but still quiet enough to relax. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and made check-in effortless. I stayed in one of the villas and wow — the layout is brilliant. Super spacious, open-plan living + bedroom area, big bathroom, and your own little outdoor space. Didn’t feel cramped at all. You get that “home away from home” vibe instead of a standard hotel room. What really stood out though was cleanliness. Everything was spotless — floors, bathroom, even little details you don’t expect. And the staff go beyond just cleaning. They actually check in to make sure you have what you need so you can just enjoy your stay without stress. I walked around and checked out a few other hotels in Karon while I was here, and I have to say Holiday Inn has the best staff by far. Friendly faces everywhere, always greeting you, always willing to assist. That kind of service makes all the difference. Already planning to come back. Highly recommend if you want comfort, space, and people who actually care.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Great hotel with great pools and stuff

We spent 6 wonderful days in this hotel during October 2023. In general we had a great experience in the Princess SeaView Resort and Spa. I would like to share the next aspects of our accommodation in the hotel. 1. The room was clean and sunny. Every day hotel staff cleaned the room and renew 2 drinkable water bottles. The room itself was large enough for comfortable accommodation of 2 adults. The view of the Andaman Sea from our room balcony was astonishing. 2. The hotel had a free every half-hour transfer to and from Karon Beach. It is very convenient when you don't want or don't like to go to the beach on your feet. By the way, we usually walked to the Karon beach by ourselves. Not far from the hotel you can buy different Thai fruits. For instance, mango price was about 40-50 thai baht per 1 kg. 3. We liked buffet breakfast during our stay. It was included in out booking. Every day we had a good choice of different meals during the breakfast. 4. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We always got required answers for our questions.

The location is 5 minutes from the beach and less than a 5 minute walk to 7-Eleven in either direction.The manager is always available to help and will assist you personally.He can get you a taxi and recommend things to do in the area. He helped me with a lot of things including trying to get transportation.

I stayed at Suites & Gym. These are recently remodeled suites and are really nice and attractive. Very clean and comfortable beds. Very large rooms with a ladder up to a large sized balcony with furniture and outdoor shower. Includes a very large bathroom/shower and a kitchenette. Within walking distance of the beach and tons of restaurants nearby. Alex is a young English speaking Russian man who manages both the suites and the full sized membership gym. The gym is complimentary for the suite guests. Alex assisted us with booking various excursions. We later exchanged suites because of booking conflicts and this one had a second room. The second room A/C didn’t work and it was repaired the same day. I loved staying here.

There was a lot to do and see in the area, lots of shops and places to eat. The view from our room was spectacular and the rooms were spacious.

Amazing value for money, tidy, excellent breakfast and great rooftop pool

It was large and comfortable. The location was good. If don't have a car its a climb up the hill to the building. Loved the shower. We used the bedding in the spare room for the couch so we didn't stick to it.
