The staff was entirely friendly! Isaiah in the Valet treated me like VIP. Lynsey at the kitchen bar treated me well and answered questions about the Cherokee Nation.

Location was exceptional. Staff lovely. Parking right in front of room was a must with my knee replacement. I drove from Orlando, Fl and mesmerized on the mountain roads. Originally from rural Va and felt right at home. Spent last night there sitting by the river watching the sunset. I'll never forget my stay in Cherokee ❤️

We stayed there for the Polar Express convenient to our location. The staff was very friendly and interested in us even tbough there was a line they treated everyone like they were the only one
