Is pretty, clean and has good location

Everything was good, staff was friendly and helpful

Room, Wifi, Housekeeping and Microwave for heating food

Everything was excellent, we especially enjoyed our waitress (I forgot her name) she was short with glasses and frosted tipped hair. She was so happy to see us even tho it was close to closing. Thank you :)

The location, the staff, the convenience of valet, the bar, the cleanliness, everything was nice.

Excellent location. Front desk staff were super helpful. Room was clean, beds comfortable.

Reasonable price, comfortable and clean. However, I was charged twice, once by Booking.com and then by the hotel because I made reservations after midnight and they couldn't see the Booking.com payment until later that morning. However. the manager had the refund receipt waiting for me when I checked out. Apologized. explained why the front desk clerk couldn't see the Booking.com reservations because it was after midnight.

Cleanliness. Friendly staff. Beautiful interior.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally nice. The location was spot on across from Lakewood Church. The bar was also nice. The hotel was convenient to everything. Close to really good restaurants. BBs and Capones and the Hobbit Cafe are all excellent restaurants within 4 miles.

We love everything on the hotel. The room was beautiful and so clean we had a great time staying.

Nice clean friendly convenient

Everything was to a high standard, from staff to amenities. I was very pleased with my stay.

My wife and I love that place. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, from checkin to bartender to van drivers. It’s also an inexpensive place to leave your car when flying out of Hobby.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel bar was welcoming and the bartender great.

The staff was great as soon as we arrived in our car. The room was very clean, organized and very well appointed. The breakfast was exceptional.

The staff were cheerful and very helpful. They saved us $ by suggesting the parking garage as opposed to valet parking. Housekeeping did a great job each day. Rooms very quiet and the bedding was comfortable.
