I love this hotel. Second time I stayed here. The view is amazing, especially from the 11th floor. Its a clean, modern and spacious hotel. The staff were amazing. Mazz (hope I am spelling it right) greeted me the first night. He was so great throughout my stay. Superb customer service. The same goes for David and Valentina. The staff was lovely and always so helpful. The hotel is in Queens but like 15 min from Manhattan and definitely worth it. Close to Subways and connections to both Manhattan and the airport.

Very modern. Location was close to public transportation. We attended an event at the Louis Armstrong Stadium. This hotel was very close.

The room was nice The neighborhood was pretty quiet Lots of places to walk to

The property was exceptionally clean . The room was also clean and comfortable . I stayed in rooms 610 and 642 . 610 was of a better quality , 642 had some wear and tear . However both rooms were clean

The hotel location is in the heart of flushing , many restaurants nearby and downstair is shopping mall. It's take 10-15 min to laguardia airport and about 25 min to JFK. I went to downtown Manhattan everday , it's very easy to take subway line 7 to Times Square ,it takes about 35 -40 minutes , which is quite comfortable because flushing is the first stop to Manhattan , so a lot of seats , and from times square back to flushing also .Every staffs are very nice .The receptionist Jessica , is very nice and very polite. I took the free shuttle bus to Laguardia airport ,the driver ,Sammy is very nice also . I will stay here again next time. Just noted that the breakfast is not the line buffet , it's in the menu that you can choose just one , but anyway it's very good quality.

Beautiful room (Manhatten View) with a great view. Best housekeeping I have seen at a hotel in a long time.

The hotel is so clean and cozy, even given the location of it. Don't let that deter you from staying here. The rooms are very clean, the city view is amazing and it being winter, the building is always heated. The staff, although you may not see or hear them really on the room floors, which is a plus, are really nice and helpful

Well, everything was well decent and arranged but there was nothing like breakfast.

It was quiet and relaxing. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Everything! Felt cozy. Had a few lot of bad experiences at the airport with delay and cancellation and was exhausted! Hotel was safe place, cozy, pleasant team and amazing experience

It is very clean .we can find everything,there is coffee,tea, tissue , soap for the dish washer and iron . It was very near to supermarkets and metro stations.

Very quaint, very spacious and exceptionally clean.

Wedding reception venue and Food served! Staff was helpful and allowed late checkout.
