After booking the room, I never received any email for information / confirmation on my stay. I called them, and they just said this issue is normal, with no explanation. I got an email later, quoted as "information received," not "confirmation," on my stay on the scheduled booking! On the check-in day, before I left my home for the stay, I called them in advance for confirmation just in case, but no answer. I still go, and when I arrived, I called them again, but no response??? Bad service! and so rude! I checked with other agents, and I and my family were lucky enough to have a nice apartment for 200k VND less. Terrible experiences.

One of the nicest places I have stayed in all of my travels throughout Vietnam. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and let us check in early. Would stay here again

SUPER WELCOMING AND HELPFUL STAFFS! When i arrived, aircon in my room didn't work and they fixed it in literally 15 minutes, super efficient, super fast, I didn't realize they came to fix because I was with my parents downstairs. The same thing with room cleaning, I came to breakfast in less than 30 mins at 7am and when I was back, it has been done! I had GREAT time spending with my family here, very comfortable, very nice. Though we chose a wrong time for this trip and it wad super windy, the beach was full of jelly fish, but still everything worths the value.

What a wonderful stay we had at The Radisson Resort Mui Ne is brand new (opened mid-2025) and everything feels fresh and perfectly maintained. From the warm welcome at check-in to the staff’s attention to every detail, I felt truly cared for. The resort sits on a peaceful, beautiful beach , quiet and ideal for relaxing. Breakfast was a highlight, with excellent hams, croissants, cheeses, and rye bread. I also treated myself to a massage at the spa, which was absolutely fantastic. A perfect mix of comfort, great service, and relaxation. I can’t wait to come back.

Great customer service, particularly from Ms. Tâm of the restaurant. She not only has good manner but also cares about the guest. Knowing my friend was unwell she showed her care and offered ginger tea.
