The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.
The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, and we loved the on-site restaurant, Cocina. The massage services were another highlight, leaving us relaxed and refreshed.

WONDERFUL STAY !
Nice hotel in a good location.. The facilities were great and the location in the centre of Old Quarter. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good hotel to stay in the heart of Hanoi.
Room is like 5 stars hotel for 3 stars price, unbeatable service for unbeatable price. Splendid Hotel will go the extra mile to accomodate and please you.
I'm delighted of my stay, highly recommended. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ding who have been nothing less than perfect to us. As a couple in our early 60's we were happy with an amazing experience on the Ha Giang loop. Our round trip transportation from Hanoi and through Ha Giang to Sapa and Fanxipan was amazing in part because of Ding support. Ding also arrange Our trip to Ninh Binh ( his hometown ) was great, beautiful sights and fun activities. We loved the cycling especially.
Overall, I enjoyed stay at the Splendid Hotel.
Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good hotel to stay in the heart of Hanoi.
