Great location, great staff, we enjoyed our stay.

We book a 2br room for a family of 4 and 2.5 year old baby. The room is a little bit aged yet still offer everything you need. Kudos to the team for being so supportive, early check in, late check out, even offer baby chair to our room for the little one. We tried the restaurant for dinner and also the bar. Everything is fine. Excellents service from FB & FO staff.

Away from the crowds and city center, but very easy to get to. Many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I like that it's more of a boutique hotel and not a massive one. The staff and customer service were amazing, they went over and above to take care of me. I was amazed at how good and affordable the food was there. Delicious buffet for breakfast and cocktails were also tasty. Rooftop pool was also lovely as well as the massage I got from Yen.

The room is clean and comfortable. Feel like at home

new building, the room is so clean. However, the breakfast has little food options and they aren't kept warm well enough. In general, it was a good experience there.

We booked the suite for my girlfriend's birthday and it was fantastic. Giant windows with a great view of the city as well as the neighboring garden patio. The jacuuzi, oven and television were wonderful, clean and the room was overall very spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and helped recommend where to explore. We would love to return and would recommend for special occasions. The pool was also very clean and warm!
