Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant offers great food and very reasonable prices. The staff was absolutely nice and professional, making the place feel of a high quality. The room was very comfortable, the bed was big and comfy, the bathroom was very good, the chair and other mobiliary of very good quality. If you want a place to stay the night before or after your cruise, this is a great option! I didn't see the pool or the beach, so I can't speak of it.

The property is beautifully designed without feeling overly luxurious — just calm, tasteful, and connected to nature. I stayed for three nights and joined several excursions arranged by the resort, all of which felt carefully tailored rather than touristy. My guide, Tran, made a huge difference in the experience. He shared stories and historical context that helped me understand Vietnam in a much more meaningful way. Some activities included well-known attractions, but the quieter moments were the ones I loved most — hiking through the mountains, visiting peaceful parts of the national park, and learning about local medicinal plants alongside the resort’s gardener. Returning to the resort each evening felt incredibly comforting. The hot bath, the silence, and the fresh local food created the perfect balance after active days outdoors. More than anything, what stays with me is the kindness and attention of the team. Cabalina feels less like a hotel and more like a place created with genuine care.
