The resort location is amazing. We did not do breakfast but had supper on the Ala carte menu, the food was good value for money.

Beautiful room with high ceilings and a very comfy bed! The view is spectacular and a lovely pool area to relax. Melissa is an awesome host! She sent us recommendations as to what to see and do in Wilderness but at the same time there was a great sense of privacy.

Best location in Wilderness! On the beach and walking distance to 2 swimming beaches! Also walking distance to great shops and restaurants! Lovely spot

The rooms are very spacious and modern. The big mounted TV was perfect for having a relaxing Netflix and chill day in bed when the weather wasn't great. There's a beautiful view to enjoy your breakfast by. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful. A highlight was also the teeny tiny doggy resident to greet you in the mornings.

I was feeling a bit sick, and I was allowed to check in earlier because I needed to lie down. It was amazing that I was actually able to check in earlier.

We had such an excellent time at Dolphin Dunes that we immediately decided to extend our stay by, sadly, only one extra night. They've clearly taken great care to make the rooms very comfortable, with wonderful hosts and a really good breakfast included. The views are incredible, access to the beach is perfect, and we felt like we were totally at home. We would make this an annual trip if possible. Every little detail is considered and we thank Elna, Lottie, and Felly for such a beautiful stay!

amazing Ocean view, super comfy and family friendly

Warm welcome at a beautiful place. Great people who run it and delicious breakfasts. Even got some welcome cuddles from Smokey the cat, who installed herself on our lap right after we settled in. 😻 We felt right at home.

Very clean, very neat, very comfortable. A short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants within walking distance too. Very nicely done, bed was comfortable, close enough to hear the waves crashing.

Waterside Lodge is in a beautiful & very safe location of Wilderness. Waterside Lodge provided all the comforts of home & with a very friendly & helpful staff. The owner was more than kind & more than generous to give us a very luxurious upgrade when we ran into a little problem… We were very pleased with our stay & would love to comeback…

Breakfast was wonderfully served and delicious, including both cold and hot portions of the meal.

We stayed for about a week during July as a family of six with two kids, it was a wonderful stay, the house was very clean and spacious with great decor and finishings and it’s beautifully sunlit during the day. Even the utensils and amenities were great everything was available and nicely organized, for example there were beach supplies in the garage and extra electric adapters. The TV was a smart TV that allows you to watch youtube, netflix, etc.. We didn’t experience any load shedding. Special thanks to our host who was very friendly and helpful. He is very supportive and cooperative for anything we need . Even the people in the neighborhood were very pleasant and cordial.

We got upgraded to a very nice suit with a full kitchen (too bad we only stayed there one night). The location of the guesthouse is great, the staff is very friendly and polite, the breakfast is very tasty. This is definitely a place to stay at while visiting George.
