The Reception was AMAZING! All staff were very polite, professional, and so helpful and responsive during my stay. I upgraded to a villa which was so very worth it. The restaurant had amazing food and there was no need to even go out to eat. So convenient as it is right across from a supermarket too, and a few restaurants and a wine/spirit shop. No issues with parking felt very safe traveling alone and liked the new experience of trying away from Dubai city life. The villas are very clean and well maintained. The private pool was a plus. Beds were very comfortable and liked the door keypad for entry verses a key, makes it so much easier. The place looks so nice lit up at night. I look forward to returning.

I like how the staff dealing with me especially Mr Zahid the security Manager he is so friendly when i forget My lab top and other important things he keep them save dor me call me waiting for me and also he invite me to take coffe really he is very gentleman and professional at his work.
