Very quiet and safe place - super good sleep and the last section of 4.5km to the Cathedral de Santiago de Compostela, a nice challenge to walk towards! I also tried the Gymnastics facilities - well maintained, clean and easy accessible!

One of the best paradors we've stayed in in terms of food quality and price (we stayed on Thursday night). Super comfortable bed and the Chromecast worked which meant I could access my Netflix account and not be limited to Spanish stations like in other paradors. Beautifully renovated monastery and the cloisters are free to visit. This was our second time here although we only went to the restaurant the first time for a superb meal. Cafeteria food was okay and a bit pricey but to be expected. There are trails around the parador if you want to be a bit active.

Atmos is a really beautiful setting for a relaxing stay. The architecture of the building, covered by green roofs and tucked into the hills is beautiful. The gardens, pools and buildings are beautifully kept. Our room was modern, spacious and always very clean. It is not a huge hotel so it feels peaceful and relaxing. Staff were very friendly, if very busy across different tasks. Would highly recommend staying in Atmos if you want a rural escape in comfort.
