It was very luxurious. Staff were all so friendly and so helpful and accommodating. We had a beautiful room , bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and the breakfast was delicious

It was a beautiful boutique hotel built by the proprietor’s grandparents. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The hotel had lovely common areas and gardens.

Located halfway between Lisbon and Oporto, this beautifully restored palace is set in the scenery of Bairrada vineyards and private gardens.

Beautiful century old building, very friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast was excellent.
