The ONLY complain i have is related to the AC. The room could not get cold enough, the way my boyfriend and me like it (around 20 degrees or less). So, in June, it was hot. However, they told me in the hotel that that is an issue related to the town and that unfortunetely they cannot do anything about it. For the rest, specially the service and quality of personnel and exceptional breakfast, everything was good.

Great staff, beautiful property and outside relaxation area, excellent breakfast with drip coffee for us volume-drinking Canadians, quiet, great bike storage, decent room and good shower. We were lucky to have a gorgeous view. We appreciated having water in our rooms that could’ve refilled at the bar.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast is delicious and you have a lots of options. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have city bikes to rent for only 10 euro.

This charming 4-star hotel has impressive Art Nouveau décor, a luxury spa and indoor and outdoor pools. It is in Riva del Garda center, 5 minutes' walk from the lake.
