It offers ample kitchenette space, a full range of kitchenware, and comfortable, stylish furniture. Every detail of the home reflects a lovely, intentional design mindset, making the space feel both functional and welcoming. The bathrooms, in particular, were exceptionally clean—clearly maintained to a high standard

The hotel is in a very nice location. The room was nice and clean. A safe parking place in a garage was offered for our motorcycle. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was a dream.

Great value for money spot to stay in Gerlos for whatever reason. My lady and I spent a week here in February for wintersport. I honestly can't think of anything negative to mention. The place is run by an Austrian family, very friendly, social and welcoming. The service is exceptional (they will even remember how you prefer your eggs for breakfast, I highly recommend spiegelei mit speck;). The place is very well maintained, clean, cosy and child-friendly (there's an equipped playroom in the basement). Spacisous rooms, cleaned every day. There's an in-house elevator available. Location is perfectly positioned to be able to reach ski lift, busstop, supermarket and restaurants WITHOUT having to drive. Though there's plenty parking outside of the hotel if you do prefer to get around by car. And if you are skilled enough you can ski down to the hotel directly from the slopes. Oh, and don't miss out on the sauna. It's relatively small but has everything for those sore muscles. All in all, a definite recommend for either couples, families of friend groups!

Amazing views !!! Family run business and kept very well. They did everything they could to make you feel welcomed. Great breakfast with some home made items. The place is renovated with beautiful wood work.

We loved our stay at Elfriede! Amazing view from the balcony, comfortable apartment and very lovely hosts. Everything that we needed were there and many beautiful nature spots closeby.
