The hosts were wonderful, the room very comfortable and the breakfast amazing. Nice and peaceful village environment, within a pleasant walking distance from the Meise Botanic Garden. There is parking space in front of the house but it's also reachable by public transport (direct bus) from both Brussels city center and airport.

First let me mention that Brussels is a city I have visited and never liked- always seemed depressing and dirty to me. Living in this apartment and spending time with the polite, kind and excellent hosts of this private property made me change my mind about the city. Now, this is the place I met Patricia and Ben that hosted me greatly and added a friendly hospitable note to this business trip and to this city. This is an attic, right next to a tram station, 10-15 mins from North Station ( no more than 40 mins from the BRU airport door to door with the public transportation). It is a huge place that can host up to 6 people. It has everything you may need from fridge to big tv and umbrellas to espresso machine, toaster and microwave oven. The bathroom and toilet new and sparking clean. Everything is sparkling clean which is not a common thing at all. It is located in a neighborhood where you have at least 3-5 food places next door or around 100m along with two supermarkets with everything you may need. Very well situated and very easy to commute. They did a great job with this place and I will always recommend it as a great solution for Brussels.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **An Absolute Gem in Hastière-par-delà!** We had a wonderful stay in this cozy little haven hosted by the Merciny-Ducarme family, near Dinant. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and provided. In fact, it would be easier to mention what was *not* available: only a dishwasher was missing. Apart from that, absolutely everything was there. Upon arrival, we found coffee, milk, breakfast supplies, spices, and many other thoughtful touches. Towels, bathrobes, air conditioning, and heating were also provided. It is clear that the hosts genuinely care about the comfort and well-being of their guests. The accommodation is located in a peaceful setting, offers convenient parking, and is ideally situated for exploring the region's many attractions. We stayed there to capture drone footage of castles, dramatic rock formations, and beautiful waterways, and the location was simply perfect for that purpose. The welcome was warm, the accommodation was spotless, and the surrounding area is stunning. It is the kind of place where you immediately feel at home. **Highly recommended to anyone wishing to discover the Dinant region. As for us, we will definitely be coming back!** 😊🏡✨

I was greeted late at night with the help of Tanguy to a home of burning wood (my favourite smell in the world). This home is not for people who prefer boring simpleton house. His home is full of charm and character and is as lovely as when you step into an antique shop :) Despite windy weather, the suite I stayed in remained warm at all times. Beautiful view through all windows.
