Great cosy private apartment in the second floor of our spacious house. Perfect for short & long-term stays. 10 minutes from the centre and 15 minutes from Brussels Expo. 1 minutes from public transport. 15 from the airport and Nord Station.We are an official hosting accommodation under the current legislation of May 8th, 2014 concerning the HomeStay hosting legislation in the Brussels region under the number of recording 330047. It will guarantees safety and comfort for you, your families and your friends. 50 meters square private apartment composed of on fully furnished room with a bed for 2, a living area with cable TV and a mezzanine with 2 double beds. A private bathroom with bath and shower and private toilet. You will have towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner, a hairdryer, and if you need, we can provide other basic bath necessities you might have forgotten to bring from home. There are also a lot of food shop and restaurant around the corner in case you need to get anything. The city centre is at 15 minutes. PS: We have 1 cats
We are a Belgo/American couple . We will be there for you if you need it. We are naturally social couple but we tend to be a bit quiet at home during the week, simply because our days are usually rather busy. Our interaction with you will depend on whether you want it our not.
We are living multicultural and lively neighbourhood Parking Paid parking is available in our street and in the streets around our house and parking is free on Sundays and holidays. We can provide you with 5 euros "Family and Friends" parking day passes. FYI : The normal fee for a day of Parking is around 25 euros / day but we can, on demand, give you parking passes "Family and friends " for five euros a day. Getting Around If you would like to visit the city you can take the #55 tram direction Rogier or #92 directions Fort-Jaco. We have left a few bus maps upstairs please feel free to use them. Tram line 55 / 32 / 92 / 7 & Bus 58 /59 Airport 15 minutes by car 25 by train Nord station 10 minutes by public transport
