The location was beautiful and very peaceful. We had a warm and friendly welcome from our hosts who were helpful with advice as we had arrived by train. The apartment was wonderful and very authentic. The breakfast was delicious.

Fantastic gite! We loved the location and breakfast. Room was spotless and I wish we had stayed three nights or so and explored the area. Host is amazing!

Great location and great hosts

I stayed one night on my hike from Llívia to the wild thermal water springs at Fontpedrouse. I'd recommend everyone to take that hike, btw and visit the house and La Cabanasse this way. The Blue House is everything you would expect from staying in a Catalan mountain village in a nice renovated old house that's still feels old. What I liked about the house first, was that until you get your code and enter, I didn't really expect it to be so nicely to renovated inside. The photos of the interiors provided in Booking.com really do no good to the rooms. They are so much more lovelier and cozier. When I first entered the house, it almost felt that this house must be haunted. For me this is a huge compliment, btw. Needless to say, haunted it was not.

What a charming property in a lovely village. The proprietor was warm and welcoming. Easy parking in front of the property and we had a wonderful, homemade meal in the evening. In addition, the property had a wonderful wine cellar and we had a fantastic bottle of wine with our dinner.
