Guest Houses in Kutaisi

Everything was excellent!! The environment of the cozy home, spotless and very welcoming room, super comfortable beds. Our room with bathroom seemed recently renovated and was very well kept. We could use the house facilities such as kitchen, dining room and even the washing machine free of charge. The location is great, tucked away from the busy city yet very close to the center by foot (10 min), or easily reachable on a Bolt ride on hot summer days. However, the best part of it was the host: Natalia is the best! Even tho we didn't share a common language, she made an effort to communicate. She is the soul of the place, really hardworking woman and warm-hearted. She let us borrow some needle and thread, use her washing machine, invited us to some sweets she baked and was very flexible with any request we had. We saw some other guests having breakfast there, so we guess it's a service offered as well. We cannot recommend this place enough, it really is a true gem and we wish Natalia and her sweet family all the best!

Location is perfect, walking distance to the center, although next to a street, it’s very quiet Room is clean and comfortable. Host NuNu K is very friendly and hospitality. she helped us cooked the pumpkin and shared us the borscht she made, very delicious:-)

It was our second day in Kutaisi. Unfortunately we didn't find our 1st night booking accomodation so we booked other Hotel. On our 2nd Day- we were confused about the Google location but the couple at Friendly Guest House helped us. Sir came to pick us up from our location. When we reached, we were welcomed with a nice smile. The room was neat and clean. It was good, well maintained place. Thank you so much. God Bless

Amazing Hospitality and rooms were so spacious

Immediate contact with the owner. We could check in an hour early with no additional costs. The room was clean, comfortable and equipped with AC, toiletries, tea, wine opener, slippers and many other little things that make your stay more pleasurable. There is a living room area with an iron, extra towels, tea… Basically everything you might need during your stay.

I love everything about the property! It is very cozy and comfortable. I will definitely go back here! Ms. George was very hospitable. They made a very delicious breakfast as well! I highly recommend this place. I honestly think that this is the perfect place to go if you are in Kutaisi. The location is very near to the center, and they have a huge outside space. Thank you so much to the owner! Very lovely people. ❤️

The apartment has all the necessary amenities and appliances. It is ideal for spending a few days and is very clean and well-maintained. The check-in process is simple and convenient. The host is very friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The location is also excellent, right in the city center. Everything you may need is nearby, including pharmacies, shops, a shopping mall, restaurants, and other facilities. Comfortable, very friendly, close to city center

Incredible value. Incredible hospital (and wine) from a wonderful host. Large and comfortable rooms for an unbeatable price.

The host family lives on-site and was always ready to help with any extra requests. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

I had an excellent stay at One Step and would definitey recommend with friends. My flight got delayed and Teona waited at my 5AM arrival. She also extended my stay and let me used my room until my flight which was quiet later than the check out time.

Great, no problem with anything. The host was friendly and decent. Clearly marked on the street.

All home facilities are available and clean. We loved the swimming pool!!!!

The apartment is tidy, everything you need is available, and if something seems to be missing, the hostess will kindly assist. The apartment is located close to the sightseeing spots. This place has a homely feel. We were treated to wonderful wine and very delicious cheese – Thank you!

House is the heaven on the earth. You can see all the beautiy of the river and city. You can understand the how people respect the nature and tradition. Family allow you to introduce their daily life. House is spotless clean. You can have a brealfast or lunch. You can use the refrigerators. Bathrooms have all kinds of dush gel, shampoo...Garden has lots of fruits ,vegetablrs and grapes. I would like to visit again with longer period of time. Thank you again to beautiful family.

Giorgi is one of the most wonderful individuals I have ever met. He treats all of his guests like his friends visiting him. He is a very knowledgeable man who speaks many languages. His guest house is a beautiful place with a lovely green garden, two cute dogs, in a wonderful location next to the old town of amazing Kutaisi. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen are all perfectly clean and comfortable. His helper Katya is also lovely. Giorgi and all the guests staying there we became friends, sat in his garden, he treated us with his homemade chacha, fruits, delicious cake, we had great time together. I can’t thank enough to Giorgi! I would love to go there again.

A Wonderful Return Stay – Just as Lovely as We Remembered This was our second time staying at this charming guesthouse, and it felt like coming home. The peaceful garden setting and the quiet, breezy atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind and relax. We were especially happy to see that the same warm hospitality was waiting for us again. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious homemade dinner we had on our last night. The lovely ladies who run the kitchen prepared a truly comforting and flavorful meal – you can really taste the care and tradition in every bite. It’s those personal touches that make this place so special. We’ll definitely be back again – highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming stay.

Giorgi was an excellent host and even took is on a tour and tasting at his family's winery. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and the white bridge. The accommodation was very spacious and private. I would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was very clean and the views from the terrace were beautiful. The bed was very comfortable.
