Location, also I was there in the kitchen around breakfast time and they lady had laid out breakfast for another table.. and when she saw me there.. she gave me some breakfast too.. I booked last minute l.. literally 3 mins before I went to old town because the place i booked told me when I arrived that they did not have water.. the lady was waiting for me on such short notice.. I was so grateful. .. the cows grazing and the sound of the river were a delightful rural life experience

A great little find. Feels a bit like a homestay. Nice kitchen and communal area, nice balcony with snow mountain views. Run efficiently bit a nice family. At the quieter end of Mestia where there are cheaper bakeries.

The place itself is very well decorated with care and style and comfort in mind. Rooms are new and comfy. I also really liked the big terrace with views of the mountains. The lady managing the place is very nice and welcoming.

The owner is really helpful and responds very quickly to messages. The location is great. We loved our room and it's view. Everything was clean and as showed in pictures. There are many outlets, which is very convenient. The fridge in the kitchen was working fine. I would definitely recommend this place.

The place is a little bit outside of the city in a beautiful nature surrounding. The room was clean and comfortable, WiFi worked properly. There's enough space for parking if you come with your own car. They have a big kitchen that you can use. If you want to sit around the fire place at night just inform the host, he's very kind and helpful and will also give you recommendations for further trips and your travels in Georgia. He's the only person who speaks English though, so make sure to ask for him and don't get frustrated with the other employees, they're also very nice, they just don't speak English. Highly recommended!

Beautiful guest house with a wonderful view and atmosphere. The beds were comfy, the water was hot, the WiFi worked great, the guest areas are big and clean, and the hosts were super friendly and hospitable. The location is also perfect, only a few blocks from the main street but super quiet and peaceful. There are also hiking trails only a couple minutes away by walking. Perfect stay we were thrilled with the experience.
