The apartment was sparkling clean and very bright, maybe one of the cleanest locations we’ve ever stayed. For a 3 nights stay we had a cosy time. The location is very good, few minutes away from stores, beaches and restaurants.

I had a pleasant stay at this property. It's a quiet and comfortable place, perfect for relaxing. For the price, it offers great value. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for an affordable and peaceful stay.

Location was great, beds were comfortable. Terrace was very nice - we looked out to the mountains and sea.

Located 400m (slighty uphill) from the beach, Villa Šimović is a great place to spend your holiday in Baška Voda. It features both rooms with shared kitchen and some apartments with private ones. Free parking was also a big plus. Our apartment had everything we needed during our stay (even if it was short). Big props for the host who made our stay pleasant.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and enjoy the beautiful views. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, modern and well equipped with everything you need. The host was friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who is visiting the area!

Beautiful apartment, newly renovated, very clean. Very nice hosts. Despite the fact that there was no kitchen in the specific apartment we stayed in (some others have kitchenettes) there was everything we needed to make our own breakfast: plates, cups, kettle, tea. Yes you have to walk up the hill when coming back from the beach but that is true for every apartment in this town. Highly recommend

It was very clean and equipped with everything you need. It is located about 10–15 minutes from the beach. We also had a free parking spot in a secured parking area. The owner was very kind and communicative, which made the stay even more pleasant.

The hosts were incredible... They helped me with parking my car, and carried my suitcase up the stairs. Just incredible. Super close to the beach! Yay!

Very clean room with amazing views from the private balcony over the pool and beach that was a 5 minute walk down the hill. The family was really friendly and even gave us a lift to the bus stop.

Fantastic location and beautiful property. We were warmly welcomed and the staff were exceptionally helpful . Or room with a balcony was lovely . Breakfast was a highlight amd relaxing sitting by the pool .
