The hotel has an excellent location, with very easy access to the Old Town by public transport. The bus stop is just a few meters from the hotel, making it extremely convenient to get around. The hotel is very clean and offers great value for money. The staff were amazing — friendly, professional, and always helpful, а very pleasant stay and a great choice when visiting Dubrovnik.

Dina reached out by WhatsApp the day before our one night stay. She provided excellent instructions for the short walk from the main bus terminal to her hotel. Everything worked out smoothly.

Perfect for one night. Very good location, just in front of Main Bus station and cruise port. Simple accommodation, don’t expect much, but for the price we payed, was perfect. The rooms are upstairs, have air conditioning and tv. small room. They provide towels and a hand soap, no amenities. The check in is the restaurant with waiters, on the ground floor of the building, the staff are very friendly! The restaurant is very convenient with good food and fair prices.

It’s a beautifully designed property! It’s brand new, comfy beds, beautiful shower and room! The location is also super close to old town! Everything has been great, the host is super responsive and nice!

I like the terrace, and all the cats around it! The air conditioner is a life saver too!

great location! 5 minutes walking to bus stop that can take you to the old town or main bus terminal. Ferry port is couple minutes walking from proprety. On the ground floor you have vegetarian restaurant with excellent dishes, great breakfast menu. If you like other types of food near by you have various restaurant, market place, caffe bars, supermarkets, bakeries... All in all great location

Clean and very modern property, excellent location, super nice and helpful staff, great amenities (mini fridge, hair dryer, AC etc.), comfortable, in walking distance to bus stop, DM, Tommy supermarket

The host was really friendly and he sat us down and explained to us the best restaurants, best routes and things to do around Dubrovnik which is really helpful for us considering we're only staying for a night! He also cheekily told us the best routes without stairs (amazing, i know) which is really helpful considering one of us had some knee problem from sports (but we didnt mention it to the host). The bus stops are also reachable within 15-mins walk (including stairs time) Huge shoutout to the host!

The owner is very friendly, felt like I was speaking with a close relative. The view from the room and balcony is outstanding. The location is close to plenty of nice restaurants and sites. I have been in Croatia for two months and this was my favorite place.

The property was easy to find with a gorgeous pool right outside of the apartment. The owner was lovely and very kind to us, even offering us a coffee and a good conversation at check out. There was Beautiful planters around the yard. Nice clean facilities with comfy beds and everything you would need to have a great stay in Dubrovnik. Would come back anytime I am in the area.

Excellent location. The only place to stay that is near the old city but not exorbitant. Very comfortable. Located in a beautifully renovated old building. Very friendly helpful and delightful staff. Good breakfast.
