Very clean. Everything is very good.

Stayed here with my husband's four siblings and spouses. The rooms are lovely, some larger with jacuzzi some smaller. Had a great time at the outdoor bar across the parking area and the bistro across the main street. The hotel is self check-in, no front desk concierge. We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building

Valentina was a great host. Very helpful and interactive. Every room had a bathroom and a balcony. Great for staying with kids as the house had a lot space.

The view, the location, the coffee (really appreciated because we didnt have coffee in our other rooms ^^). Unfortunatly i lost the keys during the night and the staff was very reactive and kind. Finally i found them back in the morning and everybody was happy !

The room was great, we had everything we needed at our disposal. The hospitality of the host was more than excellent, she was more than nice and helpful.

Just good for a night stay. Location is good as it's in the center but also it's right on the street that makes it a bit uncomfortable.

The location of this guest house is great. You'll stay opposite the city wall and can walk into the old town within a few minutes. There is lots of free parking in the residential neighborhood, but I don't recommend any large SUV or limousine. the streets are narrow and parking is tight. The room was excellent, had everything you needed, a great and quiet AC and all amenities were provided.

Beautiful grounds and perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The grounds abs room were so clean and the owner/staff were beyond helpful and friendly. I can’t say one thing bad about this place. Our visit was so perfect we now have family members talking of going and we will do our best to return also. Villa Triana is in person exactly what it is in the pics.

The place was mesmerizing, beautiful decorations, the whole place looked like a piece of art. Everything was clean and the landlady was exceptional, even after checkout she let us stay in the Villa, until we left. I recommend 1000%

Perfect location in the heart of Old Town Zadar. Walking distance to most sights. Very comfortable. No elevator but we were fine mangaging the stairs. We accidentally turned off the water heater but I'm sure if we would have called them it would been handled. There was A/C and heater too and good wifi.
