I have 3 professions, a medical doctor, artist and hotelier. I'm an artist since my childhood and I had over 20 solo exhibitions throughout the world - Paris, Monaco, Cannes, Madrid, Vienna, New York ect. I am the owner and manager of our family business. My parents were very well known as hoteliers and they left over 40 years of tradition which I want to continue with new challenges. My idea and concept of this building was to be different from the others, to highlight those which others can not provide. Facilities are not newly constructed and it's more a Romantic Villa and have over 40 years of tradition in tourism, but have their own undeniable charm compared to modern facilities. As a painter I wanted the art to rule, to ennoble space, to send a message and to make it special - as if you are living in the Art Gallery. This house is an "art project", images and space live their life and are not subject to capricious modern trends. The lush Mediterranean environment with over 100 species of plants, mini arboretum - olives, kiwi, figs, khaki, orange, mandarin, mimosa, magnolia, roses, palm trees and a large area of water provide a sense of calmness, as if you were in another world. The beauty of the environment makes our guests happy. There are plenty of private corners where people can find peace and write, relax, eat, drink, joke ... and when they go out of the Villa they are close to all other facilities ... A world for the true artist in the soul ...

Neighborhood info

My suburb, Borik - for years is known as a tourist oasis because of many hotels, beaches, calmness and nature. Nearby is an excellent spa and wellness center. Across the road are many good restaurants, pharmacy and rent a bike are 100 m away and a large supermarket "Plodine" is 1 km away from the Villa. There is a city bus or a mini tourist train 2,5 km to the center. Guests like to go to Puntamika beach bar or to Uskok Marina where they can find also a boat trip to Kornati. Well known are also the night clubs "Yachting", "Famous" and "Sunshine".
