We stayed at 5 different hotels in Croatia, and Miramare was the best stay among them. The hotel is small, but everything was great. It's within a 5-minute walk to the bus station; It's located in walking distances to the major attractions; it's clean and tidy; the breakfast was exceptional; the staff and owner are friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel, very nice personnel (especially the lady at the reception who gave us extra linens and ordered taxis and gave advices about the beaches etc). The room was clean and nice. The food (breakfast) may get boring after couple of days, but you get everything you need in fact. They even serve champagne for breakfast which was a pleasant surprise! The beach is very close to the hotel. There is a road in front of the hotel, but it's mainly for pedestrians - cars are allowed only for those who live there. Overall we are very happy - 5 out of 5! Thank you

Well, this hotel is worth the money for sure - even if it is an expensive hotel indeed. The facilities available for kids are just perfect. Pools, playrooms, outside areas everything is nice. The food is amazing, there is everything you can think of. Rooms (even Falky rooms, which means kind of standard room) are comfortable with a seating area and separated small bedroom for kids (just bare in mind, the beds in this bedroom are small, therefore not really suitable for teenagers, only for kids up to 10 years I guess) and a great huge bed in the main room (I guess it's 200x220 cm).

It's nice and cozy.. a straw-hut camp with no electricity (other than a few small wall lamps and usb ports that take like 8 hours to charge a phone) underneath big pine trees, lots of plants.. almost like staying at a botanical garden. Did not have problems any with mosquitoes and could sleep all night without worrying.. And although every bed has a mosquito net, I imagine if they're active, the stay gets les enjoyable :) The food was great. I imagine in peak season the lines at getting the food get annoyingly long.. but it wasn't all that crowded and the lines were manageable :) The beach is also awesome - lots of shade and sun, depending what you like. There is a crowded sandy part ideal for playing with the kids.. And rocky parts all around where you can enjoy with less people around.. Also, a lot of activities and things to do (sports.. or take a kayak or a sup.. or learn sailing or wind surfing).. and a lot of activities interesting to kids (like mini disco and other entertainment programs). We had luck and great weather each day.. i don't know how cozy it would feel on stormy nights.. or days :)

We had a truly relaxing stay at Good Life Apartments. The owner was super friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was excellent — a fully equipped two-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment with plenty of space. Since this was the middle of our trip, it was also great to be able to do some washing during our stay. One of the biggest highlights was the location. There are two supermarkets, a bakery, and a butchery literally next door, which made it easy to buy cold meats, cheese, and wine for an amazing sunset picnic on the balcony. The views and atmosphere were incredible. We loved sitting on the balcony watching everyone walk through the streets below. They also have their own restaurant downstairs, which was very good and reasonably priced. Another fantastic surprise was the brand-new, very well-maintained jacuzzi on the top floor. The famous Hilton Hotel may be only meters away, but even they don’t have the same view and location experience. This was really wonderful accommodation, and it was the perfect base to explore the whole island from.

The Camp itself was super. We're probably coming back. P.S. The noise of nearby clubs can be a bit loud if you're an early going sleeper ... but I don't blame Camp for it! You get used to it and try to enjoy your vacation as much as possible, and there is definitely a thing for everyone to enjoy in Soline Camp. 😎

Everything! We loved the "glamping" vibe of the facility! My 3 year old's favorite thing was the pool and the beach was also a walking distance! The restaurant was great. Food was delicious and the staff were all friendly! We also loved that it had a market in the facility and really overall, we felt safe in the area!

Zadar is a beautiful place with a wonderful atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time here — the stunning views, beautiful old town, lovely streets, and the amazing Adriatic Sea made our stay very special. There is plenty to see and do, but it also has a relaxed and welcoming feel. A perfect destination for a holiday, especially for families. We would definitely love to come back to Zadar again!

The beaches are beautiful all around Vir, so there are plenty options to choose from. What I appreciate is that the grocery stores/supermarkets are virtually everywhere,

I mostly like the 3 types of beaches following each other.

I mostly like the 3 types of beaches following each other. First Plaza Drazice which is a pebble beach, right after is the rocky beach with deeper water and Beach Soline is the sandy beach very child friendly, you can go far in and still the water up to chest. The other massive reason is the natural shade on the beach, lots of trees so it's not a "naked" beach where you are forced to rent an umbrella or two, but we could just be under the trees saving massive amount of money, haven't found similar beach on Croatian shore all my life, if anybody knows 3 different beaches next to each other with natural shade I would really like to know and to visit

This was my first visit to Pag ((the island and the town of pag). I had friends there to show me around. It's a nice, not too big island but big enough to need a car there if you want to make the most of it and do the proper sightseeing of the island Pag. If you're visiting just the town of Pag , car is not needed. Beaches are beautiful. See is clean. Lots of tours or private hires to visit nearby islands. And, you can come to ithe island of pag by ferry. Or just driving (bridge connect the island with the mainland.

A small village, quiet.

A small village, quiet. Limited food options, some of the restaurants were opening at 5PM and quite small, long wait for food in some cases. Food is international, pasta/pizza/burgers/schnitzel, all side dishes comes with french fries, not so good if you look for some special or some veggies. The host told us to let her know if we want some special to order in advance and she will do it for us, but I find this a little bit complicated if you don't want to be tight by a schedule. We went to a 'wild' beach, opposite from the port, perfect for families with small kids, no deep water, if you go in the morning (9AM) you can find also umbrellas, you just need to bring your towels, paid only 4E the parking. Comparing with Sabunike beach were we paid 20E for 2 chezlongs. Zadar city is 20 minutes driving, Nin city 10 minutes driving for evening dinners or to feel the vibes. Krka national park 1.5h driving, Plitvice Jezera 2h driving - both are a must visit.

For me it was not the best town in the region. To be fair it had a tough competition. Nin, Vir and Zadar are nearby and have way more options for everything. Including beaches. Zaton has limited options for shopping, supermarkets and restaurants - and pretty much everything revolves around the resort.

A beautiful historic town featuring plenty of restaurants, small shops, and ice cream parlors. It is home to salt pans, which offer free admission on open days, and there is also a shop selling salt products. The large Zaton Holiday Resort, which offers pool facilities, is located nearby. Zadar is just a half-hour drive away, another beautiful place well worth a visit.
