100% recommendable. My aim to travel to Dubrovnik,Cavtat, was the congress participation, and so as a solo woman my top priorities were safety and cleanliness, both provided greatly. Absolutely clean bathroom and kitchen stuff. But what made my stay even more memorable was my kindest couple host who kindly helped and guided me as a young traveler woman. They took my luggage to the second floor, and provided me with some essentials when the market was closed on Sunday. Thirdly, wonderful view from my balcony. Last but not least, Cavtat, in addition to Dubrovnik, are one of the safest places for solo women, especially after sunset. Sinere, peaceful neighborhood close to a bay and great restaurants.

Amazing location, 3 minute walk down to the beach, 15 min walk to restaurants and beaches to watch the sunset. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was great, and the owners were outstanding. Kristina welcomed us with a big smile, and made sure that our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The location is very close to all the points of interest, there are restaurants, ATMs across the property and you can also take the Line 10 bus to Dubrovnik from across the street. We will return for sure !

Make sure you message him for airport pick up and drop off as their van is very spacious and it's also cheaper than local taxis. The location was right near the port and Adriatic Sea so you get to experience a stunning view within a quaint little town, approximately 5 minutes however uphill and downhill steps. There are also many boats that get you to Dubrovnik and other nearby islands through a scenic route. Theres a local bakery and shops where we managed to get breakfast items, shop, enjoy icecream and cook. The Vlaho Bukovac museum is closeby and definitely worth checking out if you're an art fan. The accommodation has a well-working air conditioning system, it was clean and towels are provided. I absolutely loved the books in the main area, I grabbed a couple and it was great reading by the beach. The view from the villa was gorgeous during sunsets. It was well worth the price. Parking is available. If you're looking to experience local life in Cavtat, I would definitely recommend this lovely place. Pero made it wonderful for us and we will definitely be back again!

This place saved our trip! After missing our flight, we needed last-minute accommodation, and Maro was immediately available to help. Not only did he take our booking on the spot, but he personally helped us get our bags to the property. He even arranged our taxi to the airport and showed up early morning to help with our luggage. This level of personal care is rare and truly appreciated when you're stressed about travel disruptions. The two-bedroom apartment was large, well laid out, and air conditioned! The location couldn't be better - away from the Dubrovnik crowds but just a short walk to great restaurants and beautiful Cavtat. But the real showstopper was the absolutely beautiful view from the deck. We watched the best sunset of our entire trip from there - it was breathtaking and made our unexpected extended stay feel like a blessing. Sometimes the best experiences come from unplanned moments, and Maro's hospitality turned what could have been a travel disaster into a memorable highlight. His genuine care for guests goes far beyond typical hotel service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and stunning views!

A great villa complex with a lovely swimming pool and a 2 minute walk from the stunning bay with bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

The place has everything you need, the bed was comfortable and everything clean. A beautiful terrace outside with flower garden and lemon tree.The host is very friendly and helpful.

Homey, with a great view, clean, in quiet location in the heart of the Old Town, walking distance to everything and very very close to the beach. Affordable also! I would recommend Villa Rozic to anyone who wants to feel at home, quiet down, enjoy the graphic scenery and doesn't require fancy luxuries! I personally really hope to come to Catvat again, and I would choose the same place to stay! Unrelated to the apartment but something to keep in mind: you have to walk up quite some stairs to reach that part of the Old Town - a small price to pay for that view and the peaceful it comes with!

Incredible view of the Adriatic from our balcony. Absolutely among the best service of any place we’ve ever stayed - Maro and family were wonderful and made our stay very memorable. Dinner was an amazing experience- traditionally cooked meat & potatoes, beautiful setting & crafted drinks - highly recommend! We wish we could have stayed longer!

The location and hospitality were outstanding. The apartments were spotless and very comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights with 3 kids, and they absolutely loved the vacation — especially the pool!
