We stayed at this property before, so that attests that we recommend this accommodation. The communication and the check-in is always easy and fast. The parking is secured which is a bonus. We really liked the patio in front of our room with a great sea view. Really nice beach is just down the steps, with complementary sunbeds and umbrellas reserved for the guests. Just be aware that there steps to the beach in case you have restrictions is your walking.

Good location for both Split and Omis. Market is close. Bus stop is also close so we didnt move the car during the stay and didnt need to look for parking in Split everyday. Clean and big enough. View is very good. Owner is very sweet.

The view was great, access to beach and a nearby store. Buses leave every 30 min to Split.

The property owner was very kind and helpful, giving us the her best possible time for a late check-out. The sea was 10/10, the water was crystal clear. I definitely recommend it.

The room was as described when I did the reservation, good parking for the car, public transport nearby for going to Split. The restaurant with a variety of food to chose, good breakfast. Nice people working there. No comments or negative points.

Ives provided very clear instructions and a kind welcome. The room had a beautiful view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable, and the desk was great for remote work.

The host Jelena first of all is beautiful person , we have never encountered with such service. The apartment is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. Everything new and the property has a great view. It’s not in the center of split so you always have free parking. P.s. The host is very polite and gave lots of suggestions. The facility was nice and clean, and the AC was on, so we came in a chill room, which was welcome as we drove while there was a heat wave in Croatia. The room was cleaned every two days

the owner of the hotel was so helpful and sent over loads of local restaurants and things to do before we arrived. the hotel room was just as the photos show, it was very clean and comfortable. the location is also really good as the beach is directly opposite and there is lots of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. would highly recommend!

The room is in very good condition, spacious, and clean. Conveniently located for walking to the Old Town or the beach, there's parking in the same building for an additional fee, and if there's no parking, public parking is available 100 meters away. A good breakfast option is available at the Koteks restaurant on the ground floor, not included in the rate. Great value for money. Finally, we would like to highlight the excellent communication, instructions, and advice that Toni and Antonio gave us. Thank you very much!

Super close to the center, clean and organized. 10/10 would go again next time in split. Moreover, Valerie was super helpful from check in till check out (even helping me extend my stay). Additionally, there were all the items i needed for bathroom which was iconic, didnt have to get anything seperately which saved me alot of time, effort and savings to a certain point
