Massimo, Arianna and family arw amazing. They coordinated and accomodated our need for an early checkin. Communication is exceptional. This is a lovely well situated apartment in the heart of Cannobio. We did self checkin from a received video, which helped guide us through the necessary steps upon arrival. They greeted us before we departed from our short stay and their sincere warmth made us wish we could stay a bit longer and share a bit of time with them. The apartment is impeccably clean, thoughtfully/masterfully laid out and supplied with all you require in a beautiful compact space with solid fixtures and just super well appointed. We used the refrigerator to store some cheese we were transporting. There were two sparkling waters in the refrigerator provided gratis, which hit the spot upon arrival. There was coffee capsules for espresso, as well as a variety of teas. The place is compact, yet feels spacious. I could imagine staying here on business or on leisure. The hosts recommended some places to eat and we felt if we had the need that they were always there for us. Understated, yet classic Italian warmth and hospitality. Modern ammenities in a historic Cannobio building with a shared and gated/enclosed courtyard area for those that want to take in the nearby outdoors in nice weather. Highly recommended for so very many reasons! Book with confidence and stay in beautiful Cannobio longer than we did. Among the very best in its class! Enjoy!!!

The view from the room was simply incredible. Very comfortable place. I really loved it.

So the owners bought the house as a ruin a few years and have completely renovated in a luxurious style. Everything very well finished and we had a great stay. The river on the property was magical and we’ll probably go back when we can go swimming. Higher recommend if you are looking for a remote location stay.

Fantastic roof terrace with jacuzzi, kitchen, rooms, all small but very nice and very tastefully decorated. Cute village. We loved the view over the roofs and a small view of the Lago Maggiore.

The hospitality was too notch. The apartment was also top notch. Not a single complaint

Very easy to get in, great location, immaculate room and a very good night's sleep. They have a wonderful set-up. The location is excellent too... it's quiet, but maybe a two minute walk to the main square in Santa Maria. Santa Maria is the main town in Val Vigezzo, an area I know very well because we have a house here and we've been coming for nearly fifty years.
