Nice apartment, with kitchen and everything you nead. Cleand and comfortable. Responsive and helpfull host. Not far away by food to train station and center of the Lucca. Would stay again!

Location, cleanness, comfort, large bedroom with garden view. The staff was so friendly and they gave me brief instructions about the direction and check in before we come. You can easily go to city center with 10 min walk

The location was amazing. Short walk away from all we wanted to see. The complimentary pie and tea was very nice and the kitchen amenities were great. The staff was available and quick to communicate. The rooms were spacious clean and beautiful.

The host was really nice and helpful, if you are lucky there is free parking near by (we had it for the whole stay). The city centre is reachable by walk. The room was great, there were all toiletries present and enough towels. Would love to stay here another time as well

This is a great space. Very comfortable, close to the train station and also Portos into Lucca. We were given clear instructions for checking in and had no problems. Stayed for one night.

Beautiful and well maintained. Clearly a lot of pride put into property. So clean-impeccably spotless. And decorated with warm touches but not cluttered. Our apartment (Coppaia-2 bedroom; one bathroom with living space and kitchen) was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 7) and had air conditioning which was welcome in the heat. The property had an amazing pool that was well maintained with umbrellas abs towels. And lovely surroundings with plants and flowers including a grassy area for the kids to play football (soccer). There is also free parking on site which is great. Property close to everything (12 mins to Lucca; 10 mins to Pisa; 1 hour to train to Cinque Terre; 1.25 hours to Florence ) but at the same time provide a wonderful respite from touristy locations. Lovely small town. The owners, Daniela and Giovanni, were very kind and responsive and very helpful with guidance and advice. Nothing but positive things to say about this property.

Easy check in and everything was fine overall

We had an absolutely amazing weekend here! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. On top of that, our host, Eddi was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. I can't recommend this place enough—we would love to stay here again!

Not so far from Lucca and Conad altho the villa is located in rural village. The building is well decorated, the room was clean too, the pool was so nice especially. The owners use pool cleaner every night so that it is very well maintained. Every pool stuff including the swimming cap and towels are right next to the pool so it is handy.
