The location of the suite is perfect! The room is very simple but very fancy and comfortable. The host was always checking in on us and made us feel like home. The check in was very easy and the parking was a little far but the hotel offered a shuttle that made it very simple to arrive to the hotel with luggage. We would definitely repeat 👌

The property is located in a prime location for all the activities, shops, and restaurants in Sirmione. The main room has a double bed and a twin bed and lots of space with two windows opening to overlook the walk below with restaurants and a view of the lake! The bedroom has a double bed and some storage cabinets and windows look directly at some other buildings—but you still can maintain privacy. The bathroom is a nice size for a family to use.

It's a traditional building nicely restored with modern design and amenities. The owners have put a lot of thought and effort into making the place look and feel homely and comfortable. There's a cute little pool with sun beds and olive trees, which gave us a nice vacation feel. Everything in the property was neat and clean and it was family friendly. The hosts were kind, friendly and helpful.. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of fruits, bread, ham, baked pastries and great coffee. The lake is less than 15 minutes walk downhill from the property. There is one small restaurant with great food, a few meters away from the property. The town Portese is small, calm and beautiful with fewer tourists and it has a small harbor with ferry connections to Garda, Salo and Sirmione.

Everything is so new, clean, and adorable!! Breakfast was absolutely AMAZING as well!! All the little details like having individual bath mat towels, being able to order services, recommendations for places to go were so nice to have! We got a good workout and got to see more of the area using the bikes as well! I would for sure stay here again.

Easy to communicate with owner, asked a number of questions before arrival including ferry timetable and owner took the time to research this and respond. Quick to respond too. Was very easy to find and arrived well before the check in time but they were able to get the room ready a hour before and also took our suitcases to store even earlier than that. Rooms very clean, nice and comfortable. Fridge stocked with water and a bottle of beer (nice touch), coffee machine and pods which were restocked each day. Able to use Netflix on the TV as well. Was very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again if I came back to that area.

A spacious, beautiful, and very well-equipped apartment in an excellent location. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from Lake Garda, as well as numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops, making it easy to explore the area without needing a car. The convenient parking space was also a great advantage and made our stay even more comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!
