Incredible view from room, the hammock was a nice touch, especially for sunrise, beautiful garden

This was a great family friendly, centrally located, budget friendly hotel. We loved being right downtown in the heart of things! We didn't know it but there is a communal kitchen which would be super nice for longer stays (we only stayed one night). Everything was in good condition, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't get a room with AC but there were plenty of fans! I'd definitely stay here again.

The property is amazing. You have showers, hammocks, Ping Pong Table, work area, great internet for Coworking, great space to co work and close enough to the beach that you can hear the waves. Super Clean rooms! Steps from the beach. The staff and management are amazing, always ready to make your stay memorable with their great and warm welcoming. They have an amazing recycle station that says a lot about their sustainability dedication. The place is super clean the food is the most affordable a delicious I’ve had in all of Mazunte. They even have an amazing Yoga instructor and the people that manage the Hotel are incredible. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The location, right at the beach and the staff and their service was excellent!

The location was quite central to all areas, quite private, and quiet at night. We loved watching the sunrise each day over the ocean!

The location on the main street and close to the beach. A sign would be nice because it’s up aside alley that looks kind of sketchy. Very basic room. That’s what I expected, though.

Aaron was so helpful and really talkative, even though my Spanish is not the best he helped me through the conversation. Fan above the bed does the trick in the hot weather, would recommend.

Excellent location to move around Mazunte

Close to the beach, relaxed atmosphere, comfortable room, plenty of space for our family. Our kids loved the hammocks. We liked all the fans and the nets over the beds Would definitely stay there again

Great location in the heart of Mazunte well still being off the beaten path. The room had plenty of airflow and was fresh and clean. The host communicated well and the key hand off was easy.

Owner Araceli was very attentive and prompt to any concerns. You have a beautiful view of the mountains. You can easily see the ocean. You are walking distance to cool shops, markets, and restaurants. Walking distance to wonderful swimming beaches.

Family of four traveling in Mexico for years, this is the first time we take the time to review. The owner and his family are super nice. We loved the vibe, and the view from our room was fantastic. We had to leave for a few days, and when we came back, it felt like coming home again. We will come back as soon as possible.

Very aesthetic, comfortable gorgeous hotel slightly off the beaten path in San Agustinillo. Views of the ocean, path down to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful, quiet, adults only, pets allowed, 5 min walk to snorkel beach, amazing staff, incredible views, 2 swimming pools, breakfast included …. i love everything about this hotel and the wonderful people.
