Clean pool. The staff are responsive to guests needs. The location near the ADO is perfect for me. Lots of stores around and a 12peso bus ride to the hotel zone.

Peaceful, quiet, clean. Great communication with host. This is no frills but spacious room with aircon unit and excellent WiFi. Room was cool enough I hardly needed the aircon. Bug free and spotless, they would even clean the room and change sheets/towels everyday if you wish. I stayed 4 days so only got them to do it in the middle of that. The courtyard area is quaint and there is a fridge and cooking facilities there if needed. Everything is very secure and the main entrance hidden away a little. I never felt scared or in danger walking around even though it is a bit far out of the main drag of downtown. Only a 15-20 min stroll for me and I could pretty much get to any Mercado or transport to enjoy beaches. This is excellent value.

My partner and I really enjoyed our time at Casa Las Palmas. We purposely chose to stay away of the hotel zone at the coastline, aiming instead to embrace the authenticity of the area and seek out diverse experiences beyond typical seaside activities. Waking up to the melodic birdsongs was truly delightful. As a passionate crystal enthusiast, I was thrilled to discover that the room is tiled with natural quartz/marble tiles. The hotel's proximity to numerous charming eateries and a bustling local market only added to our enjoyment. Moreover, we were charmed by the fact that this establishment is a small family-run business, and its owners are simply adorable especially communicating through WhatsApp was quick and helpful.

Everything! The Hostess was exceptional! The space was well prepared, perfect for a solo traveler. The thoughtfulness of the host will put all your fears to rest. Thank you again for the gift of fresh coconuts for my daughter! I miss this place already & will be returning when I’m in Cancún!

It has an excellent location, pretty close to lots of restaurants, the biggest mall in Cancun and lots of stores, you can even go walking to all these places, they're about just 10min away

The pool area and it’s garden are beautiful. Even if we didn’t get to enjoy it due to the rain. You can appreciate the effort put into making a nice design from it. The young man helping run it, is super nice.
