The beach, the pool, the staff, the food, the drinks, the night shows... they were all amazing. The many bars and restaurants throughout the property were also a plus. Sakura was my favorite restaurant (sushi lovers!) and there was also live entertainment. I needed a pharmacy and there was one right across the street. Location was ideal even to catch the buses to take a quick trip. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful beach and great rooms

Everything was exceptional. The beach, the breakfast, the balcony facing the ocean, the comfortable room. Especially after staying in the downtown Tulum, I was convinced that this is the best spot to stay in the region.

Everything was great! We booked this hotel as our last stay since we only had a two night stay but we loved it, breakfast was great, rooms were clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and also the hotels restaurant was nice and not too expensive.

This hotel is amazing. I was traveling with my 11-year old autistic son and we had a blast. It's very family friendly. Food was wonderful. Staff was super friendly too. Our bedroom had a stunning ocean view. I absolutely loved their hours of operation for breakfast (until 11:30 am), lunch (until 5:30 pm), and dinner (until 11:30 pm), so this is the all-inclusive I'm talking about. We could wake up late, still have great breakfast, eat in the middle of the afternoon, and have dinner after 8 pm. We only ate at the La Fuente restaurant next to the reception. I also used their room service to order snacks and it was great too. Their snack bars are awesome and drinks are great. They try to make whatever drink you ask. The beach was great too. Super clean sand, warm water (even for December), and beautiful view. We also had a chance to walk around to other attractions. Great location! This was my third time in Cancun and now this is my favorite hotel!!!

The Resort is perfect, it has many options of food, activities and places to rest. It is gorgeous and the beach in front of the hotel is beautiful. They also have Pool parties.

everything was perfect. It was clean, beautiful grounds& rooms , the restaurants had excellent food for an all inclusive, and the drinks were great too. you pretty much could ask for anything and they would make it if you have favourite liquor. We were there for 10 days and never got tired of any of the food or restaurant or bar or pools. There were so many options and the beaches were amazing beautiful white sand you could walk forever .. best beaches that we have been to in Cancun so far We walked 10,000 steps a day. It was beautiful .

Property was clean. Staff was very helpful and nice. Food was delicious, not basic American food, it has a touch of Mexican kitchen and variety. Breakfast was my favorite. I loved that we can play sports. Super fun!

Loved everything about this resort. Very clean and the food was excellent. You get access to two beaches which is a bonus. The staff were great and the location is close to everything. This is a family resort although there is an adult only tower but I would recommend it for a family vacation

Excellent location, across street from the ADO Bus Station, rooms are very clean and quiet, staff very helpful and kind, security guard 24x7, next door convenience stores.

The hotel is beautiful, staff is very nice and kind. The location is great, because it's a walking distance from ADO station. Nice and tasty breakfast, clean pool. Great choice.
