We stayed at the Platinum Sunset and it was clean, new and beautiful.

Looooved the property it was an amazing stay ! The waterpark was so fun for the kids the pools the service was awesome ! The restaurants were delicious ! The Mexican buffet was by far a fav ! The night was was great b super family friendly and great for adults !

The accommodation was of an excellent quality for such a great location and fair price. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The housekeeping services were excellent, the towel creations became a highlight of our trip.

I loved the palm-lined beach and the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were very cozy, the entire property was spotless, and there was plenty of greenery between the guest buildings, which made it feel private and relaxing. Seeing animals living on the property was a lovely bonus.

I love this hostel. The price, location, room everything. I could see the ocean from the rooftop at the included breakfast. The breakfast had different choices including eggs and was delicious. The room was 1 block from 5th Avenue and 2 blocks from the beach. The rooms have ensuite bathrooms and kitchens. The vibe was excellent, everybody knew me by name. The staff was awesome, so accommodating to all my needs...Juan, Camila, Samuel, Guillermo, Julio, Brian, Gaspar, Flor, Alejandra, Islen Cubano, Antonella, Dario. Luanna. I be back, soon. I liked everything about the property. The customer service from all of the staff was amazing. The drinks and food were top tier. The bed and pillows were so plush, I didn’t want to leave my bed. The day and night entertainment were truly entertaining. I will 100% return to this resort

The hotel is all inclusive, the food were excellent Extremely clean and organized in all aspects Safety, you were able to walk to Playa del Carmen downtown Beach was clean, blue sea and comfortable sun-chair

Breakfast = yogurt with fruits, the or juice. Two slices of bread, gem. That is all, but you can pay for more if you want.

The Hotel is very nice, it has a wonderful beach and the rooms are located in separated buildings hidden from the others. The natural environment, with the vegetation and the small wild animals makes everything perfect. The food in all the restaurants is also very tasty.
