El barrio es seguro, tranquilo y muy bien comunicado. A una cuadra pasan los servicios de transporte público. Hay mulitples sitios para comer, tiendas de conveniencia y lavanderías. Se puede salir a correr y caminar tranquilamente. Las personas son amigables.
