If you’re visiting Nizwa, we’d definitely recommend staying at the Omani Guest House. We spent two nights in Nizwa: one at the Omani Guest House and one at another traditional inn - and we much preferred the Omani Guest House. The main reason was Ali, the owner, and all the amazing staff. They were very welcoming and friendly, which made our stay really enjoyable. The location of the guesthouse is perfect, right by Nizwa Souq, so everything from cafes to restaurants is just a short walk away. The rooms have a lovely traditional decor, and our room was very comfortable and quiet. We would definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The location was perfect and made it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Very pleasant hotel in old city, they have their own parking( if u rent cat it s very important). Very comfy mattress and pillows. And smells great!! We really enjoyed our stay!

Location and the manager are really perfect. We arrived there from our few days trip via desert in tents…so for me was like in the haven but honestly the cleanless should be better and they should also put away some construction things around the property ( wheelbarrow,….) …some guest will give you lower scores because of this things for sure….and so easy to fix it?? Thank you very much for nice stay!

It is a very convenient location but you need a car to get there and move around, it is about 15 - 20 mins drive to city centre which is the main attraction but on a highway interconnection so very convenient to get in and out of the city. Hotel is basic and mostly geared for local tourists. It has all the basic amenities but not luxury by any means. We had a comfortable stay.

Very good located accommodation, newly reconstructed large room in good quality materials with excellent comfortable large bed in modern style.
