Super cute and aesthetic casitas. Love the location and the staff was very friendly and always available to help no matter the time of day. It started to rain during our stay and they let us use heir umbrellas. Vert accommodating, no complaints. Walking distance to everything D’mall was about a 10-15 minute walk and there’s plenty of restaurants, bars clubs etc. in between. Willys rock in Station 1 was about a 30minute walk

WOW!!! What can i say. I have never felt so welcome in my life. Peter, the owner is an incredible and most hospital man. The whole staff will take care of your every need and go above and beyond for you. This is more of a bed and breakfast type of place. Definately more individualized customer service orientated. Located near the beach towards the south end of station #3. The location is also somewhat secluded which adds to its charm. The staff will meet you at the main road and carry your luggage to the resort. There is a complimentary breakfast consisting of an egg omelete, toast with jam, some fruit and juice or coffee/tea. There is a 7-11 close by along the beach with some restaruants, and only 10-15 min walk or short e-trike ride to D- mall area with many shopping and eateries located in a very busy Station 2. I Highly recommend Ocean Breeze Inn and definately stay here again!!!

I mean where to start. Everything was perfect for my needs. I wasn't happy with the first room and was given an upgrade. The rooms with the balcony are excellent. No luxury but great value for the price. The staff is wonderful, always polite and kind. Walking distance from both main beaches. The street can be a bit noisy but didn't bother me. At the same time you're a bit out of the busiest areas and can see kids play on the street. So a big thank you to all the staff, hope to be back soon!

The property was near the beach just a few steps in less than a minute. We were able to check in early at around 11 am since there was no one occupying our room.

Since the price was affordable, I honestly didn’t expect much upon arrival. But aside from the place being clean and conveniently located, I have to say this is one of the most—if not the most—accommodating hotel staff I’ve encountered in Boracay. 10/10 for you guys! You truly made my 4-day solo trip in Boracay more enjoyable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I like that it's a beach-front property. Our room is cleaned and bed is made up everyday. When there was a blackout at night because of the rainy weather, they immediately opened the generator.

This was our first long stay in the Philippines and we could not have had a better, more authentic experience with lots of love and friendship from the locals. You know you have arrived when the path to your door is down a sandy lane with a jungle garden entrance. We upgraded to a large one bedroom place nestled like a tree fort with beautiful jungle surrounding us. Steps from a gorgeous white sand beach, there were lots of beach dogs, children playing and a few roosters who were anxious to help start our days. There is a great spa two doors down but we enjoyed 90 minute massages every day in our apartment. From Leoni ando Daisy. Our friend Long Long took us to town, showed us how the eTrikes and Hop on Hop off bus worked and took us island and land touring. Don't miss Crystal Cove and snorkeling off of Crocodile Island. We ate half our meals at home and half out. But our favorite part was swimming in the gorgeous, clear water with the local kids who were so sweet with us. We will never forget little Latesha who we ran into three times at different locations. It felt like home in every way. Special thanks to our wonderful hosts Linds and Danny and for Long, Long's willingness to do anything to make our stay better including grilling our whole fish over charcoal that he caught himself. And lending us his Kayak. If you are seeking an authentic experience with kind hearted people, in a gorgeous location, we couldn't recommend Borakay and Paras Inn more. Location! Location! Location! A very quaint hotel. Only three rooms. Terrific restaurant with good food at great prices. Free breakfast option is nice at this price. If you want an authentic beach vibe, this is it.

Me and my 3 other girl friends stayed here. At first, I booked because this was the cheapest that I could find according to our budget (and one of the few places with good reviews as well) on the dates we intended to stay where it was also somewhat near the beach. But I was indeed really happy to have stayed here. My friends loved it. Would've been just extra amazing if there was a mini fridge as we like to bring some beverages bought outside to our room but nonetheless, our stay was amazing. The staff were really caring and assisted us well during our stay. They even let us borrow some things.
