The place was incredibly clean, pleasant and well taken care of! The host, Cristina, combines the tradition of her family house with a professional touch of modern hospitality which she has knowledge of. Super thoughtful in little details and flexible in accommodating requests and timings of check out and breakfast! She was also super friendly, together with her beautiful doggies. There's plenty of parking spaces around and the house.

The place is beautiful and comfortable. We loved having an entire apartment, and especially the beautiful terrace. The proprietors are very nice and helpful, and gave us good tips on things to do. The grounds are awesome, even though it was tough for us to walk into town.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, we enjoyed every minute! We were welcomed with homemade port wine and really good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The room was very clean and cleaned daily, The air conditioning was working very well and made our stay convenient on really hot days. We enjoyed breakfast and infinity pool, and a jacuzzi in the evening as well. Overall our stay was exceptional and we will definitely recommend this gem of Dou ro valley and will arrange another trip to come back!
