Staffs were nice. Rooms were big enough and had all the amenities that we needed. Even a balcony where we can dry our clothes. Swimming pool was the perfect extra touch.

Host and staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. 7-8 minutes walk to the beach

It's all about location. Highly recommend if you need budget hotel at Karon beach (right on the beach!). At the same time very quiet area, almost no traffic and thus no noise. Within walking distance to shopping/eating and transportation. As solo female traveller felt safe. Very friendly and helpful lady looking after facility, attentive to guests and always available.

Best location. Restaurants, cafes, bars and 7/11 are just around the corner. At the same time very quite place at night. Few mins away from Karon beach. The room is clean and looks better than I expected. Internet is good for working remotely.

The Hotel is situated in an Ideal location, close to Karon Beach. 711 nearby, Bakery and restaurant are just opposite the building. ATM Rent a bike, Pharmacy etc are all withing 50 meters. The Hotel is Calm with incredibly loving and friendly Staff especially the Manager lady, don't know the name but she was the best host.

the location was perfect to the beach, multiple 7-11 nearby and massage places too. it is close to the main bus stop that leaves for the airport as well. the lady was super nice and everything was clean and tidy for us. the shower works with hot water and there was both aircon and fans for the room. when we forgot our keys one night, they made the effort to ensure that we were able to get in safely despite it being late. she also helped us book our tours for cheaper prices, and gave us recommendations on what to do. thank you so much for a nice experience <3

I can't recommend this place enough. The owner understands hospitality and is always available if anything is needed. That means every detail is covered. Little things some places forget like a full length mirror and black out curtains that actually work. The location is near everything - stores, 7-11, restaurants, and the beach. There are street vendors always out front plus a restaurant downstairs. Super clean. High quality cotton sheets and comfortable bed. AC works great. There's always hot water. Extra large room and ample places to put your things, which is appreciated if you're staying 4 weeks like me. Good sound insulation between rooms. Lovely staff. Will absolutely stay here again next time.

Everything was 10/10. Apartments looks exactly like on the photo. Toddler-friendly owners, dog and cats. Try 'The burger' Really thorough cleaning.

The location is right on the main road, making it easy to get around. The room is spacious, exactly as shown in the pictures, and very clean. The panoramic windows are absolutely amazing 😍 There’s a clinic, laundry service, and 7-Eleven nearby, which is super convenient. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe staying here. Highly recommended!

The location is only 15 mins away from patong beach if you want to walk. There are nice restaurants around. The nearest 7/11 is 6-7 mins away.

The staff very nice and the prices was very good, location is close to city center but the street was not very nice.

Cozy lovely room, amazing location and great and helpfull service, it is easy 10/10 for us. Our only regret was that we rushed and forgot to leave tip for cleaning ladies at the end. Thanks for beautiful stay
