A flawless stay for a large group! We recently stayed as a group of 17, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff handled our large party with impressive efficiency and warmth — no small feat! The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. Communication ahead of our visit was smooth, and the team went out of their way to accommodate our group’s needs throughout the stay. If I could rate with more than 10, I would definitely do. During my stay in Samarkand, I got food poisoning, and the help, kindness, and support from the host saved the day. They brought me food and medication, arranged an ambulance, and helped with communication in the hospital - they literally did everything - and I am more than grateful to them. Aside from that, the rooms are spacious, bright, they have AC, the country yard is very tranquil, and the hotel is located 10-15 minutes walking from main attractions. I would definitely recommend the place and would stay here again if I return to Samarkand!!!

You will be lucky to stay with a proud, kind and hospitable Uzbek family if you decide to book the place. For us, season travellers, being on the road past 7 years, through 6 continents, and 11 months each year, it was a fantastic experience, one of very best. The overwhelming generosity and sweetness of the family will make you fall in love with Uzbek people.. Don't think you are staying just in another nameless place on your journey. We hope you will see what we did, what makes some people so very special. The apartment is located a super short walk from the attractions. It is easily reachable by Yandex, but we recommend stopping about 100 meter before the apartment. It's an old city, so make life easier for your driver. The place is very quiet and safe of course. The AC works perfectly, and you get nice warm water in your shower. All is very clean. Your breakfast is very generous, and tasty, served by the family members. They are efficient, polite and not intrusive. They will do anything to please you. Yes, show your appreciation, don't take things for granted. We are in Tashkent now, paying much more, and getting a different kind of service. I only wish we were in Samarkand now. Sabina, we will miss you and your family!

If you want to really feel that you are in Uzbekistan, come to this family guest house. You will be greeted by warm and friendly family members, who have lived in this historic neighborhood for generations. This is not luxury, this is authenticity, Breakfast here was better than in fancy hotels, and perfect for vegetarians. As a solo traveler, I had a great time talking with other guests at breakfast, and then a bit in the evening. Thanks for a great stay.
