The staff are genuinely nice, the hotel is very clean, and besides a little road noise the hotel is very nice.

The place is located in the city center and close to the Han river. There are many shops, restaurant around the hotel. I sometimes enjoyed walking river side. The hotel is very clean. I've been staying different hotels past 2 month but the cleanness in the hotel is the best. The front staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. It was comfortable stay and I really enjoyed staying the hotel. I will come back again!

I don’t normally write reviews, but our time here was so fantastic I felt like we had to. Thien and his family were beyond delightful and generous, we are so grateful for the kind hospitality they offered us during Tet! The room was spacious and comfortable and we loved the huge window looking out over the city. The home stay is well situated with plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby, including an incredible vegetarian restaurant right across the street. Would definitely stay again next time we visit Da Nang. Thank you Thien!

Located between beautiful rice fields. The owner dosent know english, but google translate made it ok. Its just between Da Nang and Hoi an, so that was perfect for me

Very near the airport, It is located in a homey type of neighborhood wherein streefood stalls and coffee shops are around. The room is very spacious with a big toilet and bath area with a bathtub. Disposable toothbrush and micro tube toothpaste were provided with numerous bath towels and complimentary bottled water.

Situated in the heart of Da Nang, making it easy to explore the city. Cons: Room Layout: If you stay on the 1st floor, be aware that the bathroom is located in the hallway, not inside the room. The house is in a small alley. Large tour buses cannot enter, so you’ll need to walk to the main road for pickups. There is ongoing construction nearby which can be hit-or-miss depending on the day. Summary: Overall, a pleasant and smooth stay. If you value aesthetics and comfort over total seclusion, this is a great pick.
