5-Story House with Pool & Rooftop Our 5-story home features an elevator (G–4F) and is just a 3–4 minute walk to the beach. • Ground Floor: Shared living room and a saltwater pool (chemical-free) with 2 common toilets. • Floors 1–3: Six private, independent guest rooms. • 4th Floor: Rooftop terrace with spacious seating, perfect for enjoying the breeze and panoramic views of the sea and Son Tra Mountain. Opposite the house is a small green park with plenty of trees.
