Exceptional!! The room was spotless clean, location perfect in the city center, huge with 2 bathrooms and big showers that you usually see in 5-star hotels. Bonus: The owner let us leave the room a bit later original check-out time.

The hotel very good located some minutes walk and you're in harbor with plenty of restaurants and foods around. I was in room A2 which had a backyard so no terrasse or sea view but I was happy with that as it was totally calm and convenient for me. There's plenty of spots to park the car in front of the hotel which is very convenient. The owner is very welcoming and accommodating as well.

Nice and quiet!! The bells of the goats and sheep rang gently off in the distance while we sat outside for our breakfast. We planned a quieter time- vacation from our vacation - after spending time in Santorini and Crete. The property owners were very friendly and helpful. We were given fresh tomatoes from their garden, along with lots of goodies to have for breakfast. The drive around the Lassithi Plateau was lovely. Enjoyed seeing the stone windmills on the northern side. We stopped at Good Morning Lassithi for lunch during the drive- which as beautiful views and yummy food

Personnel was exceptional. The room was very clean. The breakfast was absolutely perfect and very original. The building itself is a fantastic restoration effort of local architecture. It reflects the high aesthetic standards of the owner who is directly in touch with the establishment's clientele. Magnificent choice for a reasonable price. Looking forward to staying there again if I have the chance.

The Madonna Studios is located at the old Port of Chania on a quiet and beautiful street. The building itself is an old traditional house built with local rocks, which makes it very cool in the warm summer of Creta. Ms. Thomais, the owner, took great care of us. She would cook for us traditional local treats from Chania region and narrate the story of the city. A wonderful and warm experience.
