Excellent place to stay. Especially the Romanian lady who cleans and manages the rooms. She was very friendly, and was spot on with all the help i needed. The hotel is right next to the harbour and is a vip location

The hotel very good located some minutes walk and you're in harbor with plenty of restaurants and foods around. I was in room A2 which had a backyard so no terrasse or sea view but I was happy with that as it was totally calm and convenient for me. There's plenty of spots to park the car in front of the hotel which is very convenient. The owner is very welcoming and accommodating as well.

A beautiful, spacious room with a balcony view to die for. Lovely. I appreciated, too, that the sliding glass door to the balcony was double-pained, so the room was extra quiet when I shut that door.

We recently stayed at this fantastic accommodation right in the heart of Old Town, Chania, and it exceeded all our expectations. Traveling with two kids can sometimes be challenging, but the location made our trip incredibly smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is perfectly situated, within walking distance to all the charming shops, delightful restaurants, and exciting boat trip departures. This central location allowed us to easily return for a quick break whenever needed, which was a huge plus for our family. The accommodation itself was comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hosts were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had all the information we needed to make the most of our time in Chania. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Chania. Its unbeatable location and comfortable amenities made our trip memorable and stress-free.

We loved our stay at the hotel. It was spacious, comfortable with a very generous covered balcony which we used everyday. We wanted to be right in the centre of the Old Town and we could not have wished for a better location. For us Shalom ticked all our boxes. Thank you Stella.
