I had a great stay at Azul y Blanco, it was super clean and the staff were organized, aware and professional. I booked a dorm but moved to a private. I met so many great people. I appreciated use of the kitchen. The location is very central.

The host is very friendly, although she does not speak in English, nor do I speak in Spanish, we managed to communicate with each other :) She let us check out at 1:30pm, which helped us a lot to use the most of our time in Huatulca! Thanks very much, gracias!

Great great location. Check surf from the hammock and walk to the beach to surf. Lovely local hosts.

Chente's Place is the place to stay if you're headed to Barra and looking to score. Al is the man. He's down there every day shooting clips of everyone surfing and as a local knows everyone in town and the water. Chente's has super fast Star Link internet if you need to hop online, air conditioned rooms (which you'll need - it's hot), and really good coffee every morning. Couldn't be more stoke to have stayed at Chente's and will be coming back.
