Welcome to our tropical home! Hector and I currently live in Canada but come to our home as much as we can . Building La Vivienda was a dream of ours and we planned and designed the whole property. We hope you enjoy the home as much as we do. Let us know if there is anything that can be improved upon and have a great time!

Property info

La Vivienda is designed for guests and we want you to be as comfortable as possible. We recently installed a gorgeous roof deck and pool for our guests to enjoy cocktails watching the sunset or coffee by the pool in the morning listening to the tropical birds. We want everyone to have the space and time to enjoy the gorgeous views from La Vivienda. Total relaxation for our guests is what we want to achieve! Please note that this property is in a Mexican residential area and there may be dogs barking and roosters crowing which is not in our control. Also please note that there are stairs to the property and if mobility is an issue, this property may not be suitable. He

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The area is residential and a short walk to Playa Cruz beach (approx 5-10 min). You can find restaurants in Santa Cruz and there is a small store at the end of the street for a few essentials. There is also a popular coffee shop with fantastic desserts! Take a taxi from the street to La Crucesita where you will find many more restaurants and bars. Visit the large church or see the artesians make all the beautiful crafts local to the area. There are many things to do in Huatulco, enjoy!
