If there was a score more than 10 I would definitely choose that. It is located in the best part of the city just a few steps from city attractions. They have thought of everything and in all even small aspects for a pleasant stay of their guests. The checkin was very smooth and easy and quick. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The ac worked very well. The shared bathroom was absolutely clean. They also provided shower gel and space for putting your bath stuff. The hot water was always stable and water pressure was great. Free coffee and tea is always available and they very quickly charge again when it is near to finish. Also free cold and hot drinking water is always available. There is also a microwave for heating your dishes. Also, you can use the shared refrigerator freely and it is very clean. There is a very beautiful, clean and cosy rooftop where you can enjoy you lr coffee and tea or just sitting and relaxing. You can wash your clothes by their washing machine freely and they are very generous that they have even give you free washing powder. They have even provided free umbrellas which you can use freely whenever you go out since Penang has some heavy rains in some days. The hotel atmosphere was very friendly and we could find some friends there. We needed a plug conversion and they provided very quickly. If it has availablity, you're so lucky. Don't hesitate to book it.

Clean, peaceful and friendly staff

It was one of the best guesthouses that I have stayed in. Cosy interiors and floors, very clean bathroom, location near the famous Armenian street, and most importantly the nice staff. I stayed in the dormitory room with a separate mini room for each bed, which is a good idea in terms of security and privacy. There’s a lot of places to eat nearby, especially at night for Chinese street food. Outside is not noisy at night.

This is my favorite place I've stayed at so far. The guesthouse is very homey and the staff make you feel like family but aren't too much in your face. The cats are the cherry on top of the cake, making me feel 100% at home.

The guesthouse offers a charming and tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat for cat lovers, as it is home to nine delightful cats. Its convenient location near the bus stop (401) and a mall enhances the experience, and delicious street food can be found just a block away, making it easy to explore local flavors.

It was a really good stay in the centre of George town with a really warm welcome. It is also good position for restaurant, shopping centre and buses to go all around the island.
